Shipping policy

PuppCo will endeavour to send your goods within 48 hours of receiving payment, if there is any delay we will notify you.

We use Australia Post for all our freight, as a customer you can select the best AusPost shipping service for your particular region based on price and delivery lead times etc.

Freight charges based on your delivery address are available at checkout and PuppCo will only charge our customers what we are being charged, we do not make profit on freight.

General Parcel post usually arrives in 2-9 days from shipment and Express Post 1-4 Days, rural and regional mail services may take slightly longer.

All deliveries that are booked via AusPost are insured.
